I’m Akshay, a product designer and user researcher from Seattle, WA. I recently graduated from Purdue University, with a degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering and a Minor in Design.

I aim to merge anthropology, psychology, and design to create functional and enjoyable experiences. For the past three years, I’ve been designing experiences on an enterprise-scale and working with data visualization and design systems. I am looking to build my design career in generative AI, collaborative tools, fintech, entertainment + media, or marketplace products.

Previously, I worked as a product designer at Datadog on the Core Data Visualization team, enhancing data monitor experiences. At VMware, I contributed to the Edge Network Intelligence team by designing a new enterprise networking application.

In my free time, I enjoy photography, coffee, fashion, and exploring the Pacific Northwest!
